The first step towards getting your home sold is getting a comparative market analysis, or CMA, which we’re happy to provide at no charge. Typically a CMA has three or four “comps” which are averaged to arrive at a sales price. Our market analysis is different.
We’ll take into account not only the sold price of similar properties but also:
- YOUR GOALS. After all it’s your house, and everybody’s needs are different.
- THE NUMBERS. We like numbers, so we’ll talk about trends in average sales price, absorption rates, days on market, and other important statistical data.
- THE MARKET. The market is almost never flat, it’s either going up or coming down, and that direction has an impact on selling your house.
- THE COMPETITION. You’d think this would be obvious, but it’s often overlooked.
