When the market began to really tighten in 2007 and 2008, I began to notice that lot of folks us calling were really in a panic. It was around that time that I was updating my marketing plan, as I often do, to reflect the latest in buyer behaviour and marketing technology. I wanted something a tad flashier than “marketing plan” for a title, so I borrowed a part of title from one of my favorite books. Thus, our “marketing plan” became Don’t Panic: An Illustrated Guide to Selling Your Home in Today’s Market.
