Richard Price is a native of Monroe, North Carolina. He earned his B.S. in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1999. Prior to entering the real estate field, he was a successful software developer and project manager working with manufacturing, service, and logistic companies throughout the US.

Richard currently resides in the Historic District of Downtown Monroe with his wife, Andrea, and daughter Lily. Andrea is a Molecular Biologist at the Canon Research Center where her group is working towards a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
